Green Product Design and R&D
We integrate environmentally responsible design principles throughout the entire lifecycle of our elevator products. During the design stage, we employ advanced technologies and materials to optimize energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption. For example, our energy-efficient elevators incorporate high-efficiency drive systems and regenerative energy technology that captures energy generated during elevator operation, converts it into electricity, and feeds it back into the power grid, significantly reducing energy waste. We also use environmentally friendly and recyclable materials to minimize environmental impact and ensure that products can be effectively recovered and recycled at the end of their service life.
Green Manufacturing and Operations
We prioritize environmental protection and resource efficiency in our manufacturing operations, and our facilities are ISO 14001 certified. Throughout the construction and operation of our manufacturing facilities, we implement a range of energy-saving and emissions-reduction measures, including the installation of solar photovoltaic systems to increase on-site renewable energy generation and improve energy self-sufficiency. We also strengthen production process management and strictly control emissions of exhaust gas, wastewater, and solid waste to ensure full compliance with national environmental standards. In addition, we promote green logistics by optimizing transportation routes and methods to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. We also advance green supply chain management by prioritizing partners that meet environmental standards, jointly reducing our carbon footprint.

Scope
This Code of Business Conduct is the foundation of our business operations. It reflects our commitment to quality, safety, integrity, and corporate social responsibility. All employees, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders are expected to comply strictly with this Code to ensure that our business activities uphold the highest ethical and professional standards. This Code of Business Conduct applies to all ZOIRSAN Elevator employees, including members of the Board of Directors and all other representatives acting on behalf of the Company.All stakeholders are responsible for becoming fully familiar with these guidelines and understanding how they apply in practice.
Managers at ZOIRSAN Elevator have a special responsibility to lead by example in upholding this Code. All managers are required to review this Code regularly with both new and existing employees to ensure that every department fully understands its requirements and how they apply in the relevant business context.
ZOIRSAN Elevator will take immediate disciplinary action against any employee who violates this Code of Business Conduct, up to and including termination of employment. Any violation of applicable laws or regulations will also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Business Ethics
